MEESE leaves no desires unfulfilled in the production of high quality and efficient punched, formed and deep-drawn parts. We do not only use our comprehensive know-how and our experts’ many years of experience in the production of standard parts, but are your competent partner for individual solutions in punching and forming technology.

Starting with your specific requirements, CAD data or drawings we offer you the entire range of services from advice and tool production through prototype manufacture and serial production and to the finished assembly of individual components.

Our range of services includes punched and formed parts with materials thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 5.0 mm and a maximum pressing force of 3,200 kN. The progressive die tools that are used for the production of the punched parts and formed parts can be up to 2,500 mm long.

We use the competence of experienced, external specialists for high-quality, durable tempering and surface treatments. These include, for example, surface finishes such as galvanising and nickel plating and a series of specialist processes such as selective coil coating with gold, silver and tin as well as various varnishing treatments.
